In the DSC Incubator at McMaster I had the opportunity to work alongside 5 other students to build an in-depth business plan for our venture idea, Paradigm Shift. Our idea was an eLearning website which uses project-based learning and an adaptive platform to teach students about software development while catering to each student's learning style. Our team built an in depth business plan considering things like our mission, vision, target consumer and also more detailed things such as our release plan and business functionality.
